Every successful company has a clear and well-defined direction.
At Transmed, we call this our Purpose. It defines our character and what we stand for, our Purpose is our DNA.
Like most of the initiatives we take, our Purpose was born from within. It is a culmination of our work, our beliefs.
Created and developed by Transmedians for Transmedians across all geographies.
Our Purpose is aspirational as well as inspirational.
Following feedback from most of you, we have decided to revamp, facelift, and refresh our Purpose whilst keeping its core very much intact.
I have the honor of sharing our Purpose with you. Share it with your teams, it will inspire all of us to be the best we can be. Together.

Our new Dream is to be the partner for building brands that people love. Indeed, not only do we distribute brands that people love, but we also build: we handle merchandising and availability, we make them noticeable to the world and make them loved by all consumers.
Since 2016, we also create and distribute our own brands in the aim of replying to specific and unmet consumer needs; this is also part of why our Dream has evolved.

We have removed “Valued” as it is a “given” and also removed “Team” as it is mentioned in our Spirit.
Our new Character starts now with “Transformational” as we are not satisfied with the status quo. We lead, change and reshape business strategy and processes to always be ahead of the ever-changing market conditions.

We have upgraded our Beliefs, as Transmed is about hiring the best and brightest irrespective of race, gender color, religion or other.
